FAQs
01I don't know exactly what I need. Can you still help?
Absolutely. You don't need to know exactly what's causing your struggles before seeking support. If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or simply know that something doesn't feel right, we'll explore your experiences together and gain a clearer understanding of what you're going through.
02How do I know if therapy is right for me?
You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable to seek support. Therapy is for everyone! It can help you navigate life's challenges, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, improve relationships, develop healthier coping strategies, or simply create space to pause and reflect.
03What can I expect during the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you here, explore your concerns, and talk about your goals, while ensuring you feel comfortable and heard. There's no pressure to share everything at once.
04Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is a priority, and everything you share during your sessions is treated with the utmost confidentiality. My goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable speaking openly and honestly.
05Do you work with children, teenagers, and adults?
Yes. Support is available for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, with every approach tailored to each person's unique needs and stage of life.
06How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies from person to person. Some concerns may be addressed over a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll regularly review your progress and decide what feels most helpful for you.
07How do I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment is simple. Go to (LINK) to choose a date and time that works best for you. You can also select whether you'd prefer an online or in-person session, depending on what feels most comfortable and convenient for you.
08Do you offer therapy for children and adolescents?
We offer a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Family and Couples Therapy, and more. Our therapists work with you to determine the best approach based on your individual needs.
09Do both partners need to attend couples therapy?
Ideally yes. Couples therapy is most effective when both partners are willing to participate and actively engage in the process. If your partner isn't ready, individual therapy can still provide valuable support in navigating your relationship.
10What if I feel nervous about starting?
Feeling nervous is completely normal. Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, but you don't need to have the right words or know where to begin. The first session is simply a conversation, and we'll take it one step at a time.
